When you click on the calendar date, you will arrive at the full detail practice Report. Every data point collected from your practice session is available here. All Exercise details are listed out, and any Journal Entry collected for that day is included before the Practice session time spent information.
In the top Right corner is an email icon that will automatically open the email window and attach a PDF of this report. Please note: if you do not have an internet connection, your report email will not send.
To return to the calendar, select the progress icon in the tab bar navigation at the bottom of the view.
